ARCHITECTURE

The main objective for all architectural projects is the quest for individual approach to spatial problems. The delicate and sometimes unexpected interference in the physical and social urban tissue is a result of the careful analysis of the site constraints and advantages, the requirements of our clients and the utilisation of the latest building technologies.

URBAN DESIGN

The services we provide range from development of an overall concept, master plan, schematic design, design development and construction documents for the individual buildings, soliciting proposals from the engineering consultants and on-site construction administration.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Our interior projects reflect the lifestyle and individual preferences of its inhabitants. We work with a diverse pallet of styles – ranging from warm minimalism to elegant classic. We strive for highest quality of finishes and detail by thorough project management and on-site monitoring the execution of all our interiors by recommended and trusted General Contractors. We specify and select all finishes and furnishings for our projects. Regardless of the size and complexity of the project we always try to fit into our clients’ budgets by a delicate balance between local high quality but affordable custom millworkers and subcontractors and a selection of several high-end furniture and lighting accent pieces by international brands and designers. In order to introduce more warmth and history in some of our interiors we source vintage and antique furniture pieces from France, UK or the Netherlands. For best result we select art from acclaimed local and international artists both readymade and site specific.
